Handbook on creating an interactive sound website and on training its users

With this handbook we want to offer some useful suggestions to all those who want to set up similar projects. We introduce the interactive sound website www.soundnezz.de and describe its requirements, goals, and structure. It contains guidelines which can be used for the creation of comparable websites, and into which we incorporated our experience in creating soundnezz.de. We describe two examples of training concepts that have been applied in working with potential users and some examples of documents, records, and other materials that were used during the course of the project.
